Heroes & Criminals Press is my small printing and binding venture nestled in the Blue Ridge mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. This is a fine press following the traditions of the crafts of printing and bookbinding, specializing in fine press and artist books, letterpress prints, and a variety of printed ephemera. Specialty items include prints and chapbooks that tell thought-provoking stories with a darkly humorous edge. Along with letterpress, relief, and intaglio printing, the studio has a bindery for making books, boxes, and book repair.

The mission of this press is to offer artwork with a high level of craftsmanship, to provoke dialogue about current political and social topics, and to do it all with a sense of humor.
